Experience a nourishing practice of meditation, slow flow yoga and restorative poses supported by props so you can release deeply held patterns and allow your body and mind to “rest and digest”. Latest neuroscience research shows that creating space to pause for at least 20 minutes a day elicits the relaxation response to help reduce everyday stress and overwhelm. Leave feeling more rejuvenated and renewed. Open to students of all levels.
Please dress comfortably and bring an extra layer as the body tends to cool down during the practice. Open to all levels.

How can we slow down to speed up? Learn about developing presence pauses and self-care techniques to reduce stress and build resiliency. Come join an interactive discussion around the overworked brain and body and the impact to our decision-making, productivity, health and engagement. We’ll share over “Conversational Mocktails” and light snacks, the role of cortisol and oxytocin and the neuroscience of learning how to co-regulate in the moment so that we can show up more clear, calm and creative.
We will end the evening with a mini (UZIT) Urban Zen Integrative Therapy Session to inspire rest, relaxation, and slowing down. Get ready to unwind with essential oil aromatherapy, mindful movements, breath awareness, restorative poses, and reiki. We will have Innisfree sheet masks with natural ingredients from Korea’s Jeju Island to use during the session or take home as a gift.
